Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the 33bad platform at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment accounts, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering a 33bad account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 33bad will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. All financial transactions on the 33bad platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 33bad supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no platform fee charged by 33bad on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees. Deposits are generally credited to your 33bad account balance within thirty (30) seconds of confirmation by the payment provider. Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. • The event or match is abandoned, postponed, or rescheduled, in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules.
• There is evidence that the result of the event has been manipulated, including match-fixing or spot-fixing.
• The bet was placed using funds obtained through fraudulent activity.
• The player placed the bet after the outcome of the event was already determined (late betting).

In the case of a system or platform error that results in incorrect odds or incorrect pay-outs being displayed or processed, 33bad reserves the right to correct the error and recalculate affected settlements. Players will be notified of any such correction that affects their account balance.

Maximum bet limits and maximum win limits apply to all markets on the 33bad platform. These limits are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placement and may vary by market, event, and player account status. 33bad reserves the right to reduce maximum limits for individual players at its sole discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 33bad platform. Engaging in any of the following behaviours constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, the forfeiture of any account balance, and the reporting of your activities to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Arbitrage betting — placing bets to exploit pricing inconsistencies between markets in a manner that guarantees profit regardless of outcome, commonly known as "arbing".
• Bonus abuse — exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with recreational gambling, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, coordinating with other players to guarantee bonus conversion, or placing low-risk opposing bets to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine play.
• Use of automated software — using bots, scripts, macros, or any other automated tool to place bets, play casino games, or interact with the platform in a manner not available to a human player using a standard web browser or mobile device.
• Collusion — cooperating with other players in live casino, poker, or card games to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Fraud and money laundering — depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds that are derived from illegal activity, or using the 33bad platform as a vehicle for laundering the proceeds of crime.
• Impersonation — registering or operating an account in the name of another person, or providing false identity documentation to the platform.
